The Future of Renewable Energy

W2 Energy Development Corporation is introducing methodologies designed to extract naturally occurring and available energy efficiently. The company's goal is to develop global energy solutions and environmental awareness based on the basic tenets of systems engineering - that of matching the requirements for power requirements for any given application with the most environmentally sound solutions based on the best scientific and engineering principles available.

The initial efforts of W2 have resulted in the development of the concepts for extracting energy from wind and water.  WindWing and WaterWing, trade names for the ensuing development process, are now viableconcepts and the WindWing is in test and evaluation.

the concept

W-2 energy development Corporation offers unique technology that Horace wind and water energy more efficiently than any other harvesting system, while also proving more adaptable than wind turbine methods. Inc. in June 2007, the corporation has perfected both its technology and corporate structure-evolving from a quote "proof of concept close quotes model to a more advanced preproduction unit that has the commentated extensive testing. Both Wendling and WaterWing perform and remarkably consistent ways; performance matches and often exceeds conceptual expectations.

W-2 provides an alternative method for renewable energy collection, one that will be adaptable directly to multiple applications -- especially those that are more efficiently powered without the use of electricity; E. G., Pumping water, compressing gasses and liquids, and similar activities. Unlike wind turbine technology, W-2 technology captures energy was smaller and fewer collection units that are designed for specific demands. Our multitiered wind wing provides more surface area contact with wind force, thereby achieving high energy harvesting potential that even low velocity wind environments. In short, when technology is scalable and will provide output to accommodate a greater range of applications and wind turbines.

The design of the wing system is simple, fundamental -- comprising few moving parts -- and elegant design assures a significantly lower capital investment-to-manufacturing ratiowhile simplifying installation. Maintenance costs will be commensurately lower than those for wind turbines, noise will not be a factor, and there will be no negative environmental issues.

The WaterWing relies on the same design principles as the WindWing, but it's natural habitat of these streams, rivers, aqueducts, and closed vessels, such as large waterpipe lines. But the engineering itself is substantially different from the WaterWing because of the water environment. Since water is 800 times more dense than air, and is gravity fed, the greater energy in flowing water can be extracted with smaller scale installations with slower but more predictable and consistent flow rates. The 230 mile California aqueduct could, for example, easily accommodate hundreds of water wings for electrical power generation and other specialized applications. WaterWing, like the WindWing, can provide power for the generation of electricity and for a wide range of direct applications.

Technology such as ours will be supplements, not replacements, for wind turbines during the time needed to develop and create a new industry.

The Corporation

W-2 has the sole right to develop and market the WindWing and the waterway. Intellectual property rights open Arends US patent number 763-2069, December 15, 2009) belong exclusively to Jean R. Kelly, when fully implemented the assigned technology will substantially improve the efficiency of the way renewable wind and water energy is harvested, with significant gains anticipated and cost-effectiveness.

W-2 was incorporated in June 2007 as I "see" Corporation and operates, at present, within regulation "D." for private placement of stock.

Capital investment and marketing

W-2 is seeking $12.5 million in equity funding for the next phase of the Corporation's growth. These funds will be used to from finalize production prototype development, produce different-sized production models, conduct operational and destructive testing, and developed the companies long-term revenue base and licensed network. The funds will also provide for corporate operating and overhead expenses until the revenue-generating base matures and the corporation is a standalone, profitable operating entity.

Marketing plan for the distribution of the WindWing and the WaterWing technologies global.initial marketing will be on a regional basis with the establishment of licensed territories and applications wherein maximum quality control for production units will be maintained. A key element of the plan calls for for using local manufacturing capability, support equipment, and services and for employing a local work force with skill levels commensurate with project requirements.

Including analysis

it has been recognized from its inception the W-2 is introducing a new technological concept into an accepted and established competitive industry: this is a known high-risk undertaking that nevertheless promises substantial rewards or investors, consumers, and the general population. Realizing the need for greater efficiency in the harvesting and distribution energy, we adopted Henry Ford's attitude toward industrial entrenchment: "if I had asked my customers what they wanted, they had said a faster horse area" and that's what he gave them except that they "horses" he had in mind were of a different and more efficient form

in today's renewable energy context, if we were deposed Ford's question, the popular answer most likely would be "we want more and bigger wind turbines."

This is a reality for now, and, as long as remotely-generated electricity is the norm for commercial and private consumption, wind turbines will be excepted and major wind energy converters for sometime to come

but the probability is that wind turbines or the horse and buggy solutions for today "albeit magnificent accomplishments of contemporary engineering and financial structuring". there is limited efficiency "Bette's limits, etc." dictates increases in size and numbers to achieve forecasted output requirements and in costs associated with manufacture, installation, and maintenance of these imposing systems. These increases in size and costs mitigate the possibility of their longevity. Added to these complications is an ever increasing popular demand or greater separation between the systems and population centers. The consequences of responding to these complications requires a more complex distribution grid along with the attendant transmission losses and increased costs for harvesting energy.

while the worldwide global market revenue potential and growth rate for the WaterWing have not been clearly established, we believe the opportunity to be significant. We have not, however, included any revenue from the WaterWing in the accompanying financial projections for the WindWing.

W-2 has accepted the renewable energy challenge and seeks immediate ways to move forward into production and installation of these new systems so that we can capture and use the abundant renewable energy available to us from the land and water
